Our Mission/

Why? It addresses two aspects in the developer community.
1. Career need not only have coding to succeed (binary)
2. Tech community is now recognizing and encouraging under-represented groups a lot, which includes Non Binary and other under-represented communities (Hence Beyond the Binary again!)

As a Beginner with so-much information bombarded on the internet, it becomes difficult to decide what to learn and follow as it becomes overwhelming to explore so many areas of Tech at once. This series aims to throw light on the non-coding aspects of a developer's career and how that can enhance one's career in tech along with empowering the diverse communities which are making big in the developer community and how a developer can learn to contribute in an inclusive community.
